This Excel workbook contains spreadsheets that help facilitate the estimating of costs and labor over a period of performance for individual WBS elements.  When used by your entire team during the preparation of a proposal, it will simplify the data entry process and streamline the consolidation of costs and labor.  

The workbook includes spreadsheets for the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Dictionary, Subcontractor Costs, Materials/Consultants & Other Direct Costs, Labor and Travel.  Once the Plan Start and Plan End Dates are entered, the period of performance will turn to white cells in the data entry portions to facilitate accurate data entry.  The workbook can accommodate a ten year program, with enough space for ten subcontractors, ten rows for materials and other direct costs, 16 employees and 25 travel events.
