Project Management

Provides cross-functional team leadership and support services to assist in the management of projects and programs.  Manages subcontractor activities, budgets, and meetings.  Serves as liaison between client, project team, and stakeholders. Tracks performance against objectives, and accurately manages all financial aspects of projects (preparation of budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, vendor invoice review and approval, and change orders).

Access Database Services

Develops custom Microsoft Access databases for data storage and retrieval, data analysis or document storage and retrieval.  All data- bases are developed with best practices including appropriate table relationships, indexing and naming conventions.  User friendly forms are designed to meet client's requirements and coincide with their internal practices.  Creates custom forms and reports per client requirements.  Cleans and imports data.

Proposal & Grant Services

Reviews RFP and creates matrix of requirements with corresponding client responsibilities.  Develops and distributes statements of work and requests for proposals to subcontractors.  Prepares basis of estimates.  Creates proposal templates to meet government/ client specifications.  Manages all activities throughout the development of the proposal and incorporates text/data as it becomes available while maintaining the electronic structure and format of the proposal.  Converts final proposal to Adobe with corresponding electronic table of contents and bookmarks.

Presentation Design

Creates PowerPoint templates with client's color scheme, fonts, consistent headers and footers, slide numbering, and multiple slide layouts embedded.  Incorporates client's details, data tables, images, and hierarchy charts.  Creates charts with embedded Excel spreadsheets.  Creates new graphics.  Converts Word or Excel documents into PowerPoint slides.  Designs each slide with colors, icons, and graphics to  assure the slide message is evident. Adds animation for a smooth and seamless presentation.

Spreadsheet Designs 

Designs Excel spreadsheets and workbooks.  Implements efficiency with macros, pivot tables, and customized formulas.  Creates spreadsheet tools that improve processes and correspond with the client's internal procedures.

Process Improvement 

Creates written procedures and develops corresponding Word, Excel, and Access interactive tools to improve internal processes.  See the Toolbox for more details.

Document Design & Processing

Develops Microsoft Word documents (report templates, letterhead templates, and forms for electronic data entry).  Creates data tables, graphics and organizational charts with corresponding captions.  Configures cross references to tables, graphics and document sections and implements a corresponding table of contents, table of figures, and listing of tables.  Performs proofreading and consistency checks.  Converts documents and appendices to Adobe and consolidates into one Adobe document with electronic table of contents, hyperlinked cross references and bookmarks.
