Margaret has performed project management and operational activities for over 30 years.  She managed the internal operations for Jowett, Inc., general contractor, for 22 years followed by 11 years at PharmAthene, Inc. in the role of operational project manager for the clinical and non-clinical departments and later the immunobiology and anaytical assay development departments.  Both positions above were in the Washington, D.C. area and were performed under Federal Government contracts.  

Margaret has comprehensive experience in the proposal development process for federal contracts and grants and she excels in the project management role for technical and scientific teams in meeting milestone deliverables.  

She possesses an in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word and has created many working forms, databases and spreadsheets with corresponding standard operating procedures that improve internal processes.  Examples of these tools can be found on the Toolbox page and can be tailored to your business' needs.
