This database was developed utilizing Microsoft Access and efficiently stores documents with five defining categories, i.e. Product, Department, Source, Identifier, and Document Type.  The database is searchable by any one of the five categories or any combination of the five categories as well as searching by a word in the document description.  You can perform a search for all documents archived by Product or all documents archived by Product and the Identifier (study number and name).  The database has an easy to use data entry form and contains five reports and a Document Archival Form.
